Meet The Teacher

I have been a teacher within the district since the 2000-2001 school year.  I began as an Earth and Space Science teacher, but was recently switched to Biology and now I also teach General Science.  

 

I am a graduate of Ridgway Area HS, and of Thiel College where I earned my BA in Geology.  A second bachelor's degree was earned from IUP in the field of Education with secondary certificates in General Science, and Earth and Space Science. In 2014 I earned a secondary Biology certificate to enhance my teaching capabilities.
