Meet the Teacher

Hello!  My name is Ms. Labant and I am currently in my 13th year of teaching at the Saint Marys Area High School!  I am a graduate of Elk County Catholic.  After graduation, I attended the University of Pittsburgh at Johnstown majoring in Secondary Math Education, graduate of 2005, and I then began teaching in August of the 2005 - 2006 school year at Saint Marys.  I completed my Master's in Curriculum and Instruction through Gannon University in 2010. 

 

In my free time, I love spending time with my wonderful family and my friends.  I have 3 beautiful children, Becca, Josie and Louie, and 2 cats, Cookie and Marshmallow! 

 

I love my students and making an impact in their lives!  It is great to know that you can touch so many lives each and every day!
